Payoneer Troubles . . .

Payoneer card

Payoneer card

I don’t know if you have heard of Payoneer Inc.

Payoneer helps companies handle the issues of having to pay out hundreds of affiliates.

They offer a debit card that you can issue to your affiliates and pay their affiliate fees through it.

The cards are attached to their accounts with you.

The cards can be used on any MasterCard enabled machine worldwide and can also be used to make online payments.

As a user your card can also be loaded with any credit card as each user has a custom generated link, just in case you need a client to pay you some cash.

Let’s cut the chase and tell you the reason for putting up this short post.

My Infolinks Experience

I use Infolinks on some of my affiliate sites and I signed up for the free Payoneer debit card.

It took around 5 weeks but my card finally arrived.

I tried the card on some local ATM machines but they all rejected it. I got an ‘invalid card’ message every time.

I tried Oceanic, Ecobank, GTB and Skye Bank ATM machines but kept getting the same error.

I finally tried it on STANBIC IBTC and it went through.

All the machines i tried carry the MasterCard logo just like the Payoneer FAQ instructs.

Why STANBIC IBTC worked, I don’t know but it did. Are there any Nigerians using this service too?

What is your experience? Are you able to use your Payoneer card with any other machine.
